PhenoTips has partnered with DNAstack to deliver an end-to-end clinical genetics platform that runs entirely on Canadian infrastructure.
The integrated platform connects the full genomic medicine workflow, from patient intake and phenotyping to genomic interpretation and diagnostic reporting, helping health systems move faster while keeping sensitive genomic data in Canada.
The partnership brings together PhenoTips’ clinical genomics system, already used by more than 20 health systems across Canada, the UK, and Europe, with DNAstack’s Omics AI platform for genomic data governance, analysis, and reporting.
